Qween Bee’s Touch LLC: Privacy & Participation Policy 🐝

This policy governs all professional services, including Floral Design, Officiating, Personal Organizing, and Event Coordination, as well as participation in community markets and the Vendor Directory hosted by Qween Bee’s Touch LLC. 

•  Client Discretion: We maintain a "no-judgment, high-discretion" policy. All personal information and event details are kept strictly confidential.
• Organizational Projects: For Simply Organized Solutions clients, we will never share "Before & After" photos of your home or office without your explicit written consent.
• Data Protection: We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties. Your data is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requested services.

 Success for our community events is a team effort. The following rules apply to all participating vendors (including Standard Booths, Food Trucks, and Non-Profits).

• The "Community Buzz" Commitment: Qween Bee’s Touch LLC promotes vendors via social media and our Directory. In return, vendors must assist in marketing the event by sharing flyers, inviting followers to event pages, and posting on social media.
• Attendance & The Directory: Members of our Vendor Directory must commit to the events they sign up for. A "No-Show" or failure to promote events will result in immediate and permanent removal from the Directory and future event invites.

 Adherence to these guidelines ensures a safe, professional event for all.

Activity Timing Requirement

Early Setup Night Prior: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Optional for vendor convenience (selected events).

Morning Setup Event Day: Starts at 8:00 AM Arrival must allow for full preparation.

Setup Deadline9:30 AM 

Booths must be 100% ready for business.

Door Opening10:00 AM Event begins for the public.

Tear Down Starts No Earlier Than 5:00 PM 

Early breakdown results in exclusion from future events. 

•  Cleanliness: Vendors must keep their immediate area and food truck perimeter clean. General garbage disposal is provided by Qween Bee’s Touch LLC.
• Animals: Animals must be kept within your booth and under full control. Owners must clean up after them immediately. NO ANIMAL TOYS are allowed in booth areas.
• Children: Children must be supervised and contained within your booth area at all times.
• Prohibited Items: For safety, NO Alcohol, NO Drugs, and NO Firearms are permitted at event locations.

Qween Bee’s Touch LLC and associated event locations will NOT be held responsible for any liability regarding lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, or any injury sustained during events. All clients and vendors participate at their own risk.
