 This dedicated space on our website allows our market guests to find and connect with your business all year long, providing a direct link to your shop even when the market isn't active. 

 Vendors who qualify for the directory receive significant advantages:

1. Direct Website Traffic: A permanent, direct link and dedicated profile page that steers our website visitors straight to your business.
2. Event Discount: Receive 15% off the registration fee for every Qween Bee's Touch event you participate in throughout the year.

 To ensure we promote our most dedicated partners, eligibility for the Vendor Directory is based on proven commitment to our events:

1. Continued Commitment: Directory members must continue to participate in half or more of the total scheduled events during the current calendar year.
2. Website Subscription: You must have an active account and subscription to the Qween Bee's Touch website to sign in and manage your profile.
3. Required Documentation: Your profile link will go live once you have completed and returned the forms sent in the Welcome Packet (see 'Finalizing Your Listing' below).

 You can join the Vendor Directory through one of two commitment levels:

• Qualification: You must have participated in more than four (4) Qween Bee's Touch events within the previous calendar year.
• Annual Fee: FREE for your first year of membership! (Renews at $100.00/year thereafter).

• Qualification: For vendors who have not participated in four or more events previously.
• Annual Fee: $100.00 per year.
• Vendors joining via this path immediately receive the 15% event discount.

 Once you have secured your website account and subscription, you will be sent a Welcome Packet. This packet includes two essential forms:

• Media Release Form: Grants us permission to use your business name, logo, images, and links.
• Company Information Form: Provides us with the links and details needed for your profile.

You must email both completed forms back to us to activate your link and secure your place on the Vendor Directory.

 Directory membership requires a full-year commitment. If a vendor fails to meet the required participation threshold (half or more of the current year's events), their link and profile will be immediately taken down, and no refunds will be issued for the annual fee.
