Vendor Information & Requirements

We are an All-Trader Market, meaning we welcome almost any legal business, craft, or service. If you have a product or a talent, there is a place for you here!

✅Accepted Vendors Include (but are not limited to):

• Handmade & Artisan: Jewelry, crafts, art, and decor.
• Retail & Boutique: Clothing, accessories, and new household goods.
• Vintage & Resale:     Antiques, collectibles, and pre-loved treasures.

• Food & Produce:     Farm-fresh items and pre-packaged treats.

❌Prohibited Items:

To maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all ages, the following are strictly prohibited for sale or trade:

• Drugs:     Any illegal substances or drug-related paraphernalia.
• Alcohol:     No sales or distribution of alcoholic beverages.
• Dischargeable Weapons: This includes firearms, ammunition, and any weapon      capable of discharging a projectile.

Your wedding ceremony is more than just a legal requirement—it is the heartbeat of your wedding day. It’s the moment you stop "planning" and start "promising." At Qween Bee’s Touch, I believe that every couple deserves a ceremony that reflects their unique bond, whether that’s an intimate mountaintop elopement or a grand celebration with everyone you love.

As a licensed officiant authorized to perform ceremonies in all 50 states, I bring a calm, organized, and joyful presence to your "I Do’s." My approach is centered on you. From traditional religious services and modern commitments to heartfelt vow renewals and affirmations, I work closely with you to ensure the words spoken are a true reflection of your journey together.

I take the stress out of the "logistics" by handling the filing of your marriage license and coordinating the flow of your ceremony, so you can focus on what matters most: each other.

Whether you are looking for someone to lead a formal rehearsal or a simple, private exchange of vows by the lake, I would be honored to help you start your next chapter.

• Elopements & "Just Us" ($150): Intimate ceremonies with 10 guests or fewer.
• Vow Renewals & Affirmations ($200): A beautiful way to celebrate your continued commitment or a milestone anniversary.
• Essential Traditional ($250): A classic, professional ceremony for small to medium guest counts.
• Signature Grand Ceremony ($350+): Fully customized scripts including your personal love story and unity rituals for large-scale weddings.

• Ceremony Rehearsal ($100): I will attend and lead your rehearsal to ensure everyone in the wedding party is comfortable with the flow and timing. 

• Within Lake County: FREE. No travel fees apply to any ceremony held within Lake County limits.
• Outside Lake County (Montana & Beyond): * 50-State Coverage: I am legally authorized to perform wedding ceremonies in all 50 states. Whether you are staying in Montana or heading to a destination out of state, I am ready to travel to you!
• Mileage: A standard travel fee of $0.65 per mile (round-trip) applies for travel outside Lake County.
• Travel & Accommodations: For out-of-state weddings or those located more than 2 hours from Polson, the client is responsible for travel costs (flight/rental car) and lodging for the full duration I am needed at the location.

A consultation is required to discuss your ceremony type, length, and specific location. During this meeting, we will finalize the details and provide a full quote including any applicable travel fees.

There is nothing quite like the fragrance and delicate beauty of fresh flowers. We source the freshest seasonal blooms to create vibrant, living arrangements for weddings, anniversaries, and home decor. These are perfect for those who love the natural scent and evolving beauty of a fresh bouquet.

For our office suites, home accents, and outdoor ceremony decor, we use high-end, "Real-Touch" artificial stems. These aren't your average craft-store flowers; they are hand-selected for their realistic texture, color depth, and durability.

• Why choose Artificial? They are allergy-friendly, require zero maintenance, and stay "perfect" regardless of the Montana weather. They are a brilliant investment for businesses and a wonderful way to keep a wedding memory alive forever.

Can’t decide? Many of our clients choose a "Hybrid" approach—using fresh florals for the personal bouquets they hold and premium artificials for large installations like ceremony arches or high-up reception decor.

• Delivery: Always free within Lake County.

 For weddings and special occasions, a setup fee is applied to cover the time and labor of on-site styling, arch installation, and centerpiece placement.

• Basic Setup (Personal flowers & Table drop-off): $75
• Full Event Setup (Archwork, Aisle decor, & Table styling): $150 – $300 (depending on event size).
• Setup fees ensure that every bloom is perfectly placed and secured before your guests arrive.

We handle everything from the initial design to the final delivery. We will design your project, manage the professional printing process, and have the finished product delivered right to your door. This is perfect for the busy professional or bride who wants a high-end, "touchable" result without the hassle. 

 If you prefer to print locally, use an online printer, or send your announcements digitally, this is for you! We create a custom, high-resolution Digital Style that fits your brand or event perfectly. Once the design is approved, we send you the files to use however you like. 

• For Your Big Moments: Custom Invitations, Save the Dates, and Event Announcements that capture the "buzz" of your celebration.
• For Your Business: Professional Business Cards, Brochures, and Flyers designed to make your local Polson business stand out from the swarm.

To ensure every event receives the dedicated attention it deserves, I offer a 45-minute Creative Strategy Session. This is our time to dive deep into your vision, guest experience, and logistical needs to build a solid foundation for your event.

• Strategy Session Fee: $30
• The "Queen Bee" Bonus: Your session fee is fully credited toward your event package when you book with me!
• Location: I love meeting my clients at our local coffee shops! Once your session is booked, I will contact you directly to confirm a convenient local meeting spot. (Virtual meetings via Zoom/FaceTime are also available upon request).
